Absences

If your child is going to be away from school due to illness, an appointment or for some other reason, please either email  or leave a message on the school phone using our service for absences.  It is important that we hear from you for each day your child is away.  If a child is away for more than three days, we require a medical certificate so we can code the absence accordingly for the Ministry of Education.  Continued absences are likely to be reported to the Absence Service for follow-up.
